Elidron website legal

Website Privacy Notice

A plain-language summary of the information used to operate this website and respond to you.

Effective and last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Scope

This notice applies to the Elidron website and messages submitted through its contact form. It does not replace the separate privacy notices for MailSwift, SnapCabinet, or Scribet, which describe those apps' product-specific practices.

2. Information we handle

This website does not offer user accounts. The website code does not intentionally deploy advertising, cross-site tracking, or analytics SDKs. Infrastructure providers may still process ordinary request data as needed to operate and secure their services.

  • Contact information and content you choose to submit, including your name, email address, selected topic, and message.
  • Basic request, security, and diagnostic information that our hosting, rate-limiting, and email providers may process to deliver and protect the website.
  • Correspondence and support records created when we respond to you.

3. Why we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, support requests, partnership questions, and project discussions.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and prevent abuse of the website and contact service.
  • Maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims when reasonably necessary.

4. When information is disclosed

We may provide information to vendors that host the website, deliver contact messages, or operate abuse controls, subject to their service terms and our configuration. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a genuine business transaction. We do not sell contact-form information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

We keep contact messages and related records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, support, business-record, security, and legal purposes described above. Retention may vary with the nature of the request, an ongoing relationship, backup cycles, and applicable legal requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

6. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where the law permits or requires it. Submit a request through the contact page.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Contact messages are sent to the studio through an encrypted email transport when configured correctly, and the public form uses validation and abuse controls. No internet service can promise absolute security.

8. Children

The website and its business contact form are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through them. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

9. U.S. processing and notice changes

Elidron LLC is based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this notice as the website or its providers change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be presented here before or when they take effect as appropriate.
