These terms apply to the public Elidron website; individual products remain governed by their own terms.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern your use of this website and its contact service. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Individual Elidron products have separate terms and privacy notices that apply to those products.

2. Informational website; no professional advice

Website content describes Elidron and its products and is provided for general information. It is not legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice. Product features, availability, compatibility, pricing, and release plans may change; confirm details that matter to your decision before relying on them.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the website or contact form unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its providers.
  • Do not submit malware, deceptive content, confidential information you lack authority to disclose, or repeated unsolicited messages.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority.

The website's design, copy, graphics, product names, logos, and other materials are owned by Elidron LLC or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view the website for ordinary personal or business evaluation. No other license is granted except as applicable law expressly permits.

You grant Elidron permission to use the submission as reasonably necessary to review and respond to it, provide requested support, protect the service, and maintain lawful business records. Do not send trade secrets or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel and confidentiality terms.

App stores, email providers, cloud services, and other third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Elidron does not control those services. Product-specific terms govern your use of each Elidron app and may be supplemented by the terms of the store through which you obtained it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPLETE. THESE TERMS DO NOT EXCLUDE WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELIDRON LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE. ELIDRON'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING SOLELY FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING RIGHTS THAT MAY APPLY TO CONSUMERS IN SOME JURISDICTIONS.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections or venue rights that apply to you, disputes relating solely to this website may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

10. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the current version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
